Overview
ZH3000 proximity sensor is developed to replace early DWQZ series. It adopts DIN rail mounting to save space when compared with installation by screw. Designed with new material and technology, ZH3000 series proximity sensor improves performance in measurement of linearity and and frequency. With explosion-proof grade Exia ⅡC T2~CT5, ZH3000 can work in any dangerous environment. Excellent stability can make it to monitor equipment displacement in long time, and wide frequency measurement can make to to monitor axial vibration and rotation speed of rotating equipment.
To meet with requirements in various measurement solution, we have several specifications. It can be ZH3000 Φ8mm, Φ11mm or Φ25mm by probe diameter, or 5 & 9 meters by cable length (probe cable+ extension cable).
System Composition
ZH3000 proximity sensor is composed of probe, extension cable and amplifier.
- Probe
Probe consists of inductor, shield, SS casing, cable and connector. For different measurement range, probe diameter 8, 11 or 25mm and cable length 0.5 or 1 meter is for choice.
- Extension cable
SMA self-lock connectors are equipped at two ends of cable. On one end, there is oil proof sleeve to protect connector from pollution to improve reliability. Extension cable length can be 4, 4.5, 8 or 8.5 meters.
- Amplifier
Amplifier is core part of sensor. It consists circuits for inductor oscillation, linear detection & filtering & compensation & amplification, etc.
