Ammonia air static mixer is an inline mixer used for SCR ammonia injection system in thermal power plant.
Ammonia is mixed with dilution air sufficiently before entering ammonia injection grid. Ammonia air static mixer helps to adjust the concentration of ammonia and achieve even distribution of ammonia/air. Ammonia explosion limit is 15~28Vol%. Ammonia mixes with air from dilution blower, then is sprayed into flue gas. Ammonia percentage by volume is controlled below 5%.
Mixing elements, which is made of stainless steel, will cut, shear, rotate and mix ammonia and air. This ammonia air mixer is featured with compact size, minimum maintenance, low pressure loss (≤1000Pa), simple structure.
