Heater for district heating network (DH heater) is a shell and tube heat exchanger widely used in CHP plant (combined heat and power plant). It could heat the circulation circuit by steam extracted from turbine or from boiler. Circulating water goes through tube pass and absorbs heat transferred from steam. DH heater is normally horizontal heat exchanger with U tube or straight tube.
Features: high heat transfer coefficient, low chance to leak, small footprint, low tendency to foul, corrosion resistant.
Heating area: 40~3000m2.
Heating capacity: 10~500MW
