Introduction
CZJ-B is a kind of indispensable test and protection device used for rotating machinery equipment such as fan, compressor and steam turbine generator, etc. It can match with SZ series speed transducer to continuously monitor and measure absolute vibration peak – peak value or vibration speed of bearings in all kinds of rotating machinery. There is current output which is proportional with measured value. CZJ-B series vibration intensity monitor can directly connect to DCS, PLC System and paperless recorder. When vibration is over limit value, it can provide automatically on/off output for alarm relay.
Featured with high precision, stable performance, strong anti-interference and high reliability, CZJ-B is widely used for power, machinery, chemical industry and metallurgic industry, etc,. and suitable for the monitor system design for small and middle scale rotating machinery device. There are panel mounted type and wall mounted type for customer’s option.
CZJ-B3G vibration intensity monitor can match with SZ-6i electromagnetic speed transducer to be used in sites where explosion proof is necessary. Explosion proof grade is Exib II BT4.
