Noiseless heater, or steam injector could ensure proper mixing of steam and water, resulting in raised and uniform water temperature. Direct steam injection into water tank could achieve a fast heating of water. Vortex noise reduction is used to control noise under 50dB. Temperature & level control system is equipped to make an automatic hot water preparation system.
Steam injection travels at high speed would impose strong entrainment on surrounding cool water. Water is mixed with steam fast and absorbs heat from steam. Water/steam mixture in vortex motion will reduce noise generated from evaporation of steam. Finally, water in tank is heated and gets uniform temperature.
We can fabricate noiseless heater with stainless steel or carbon steel according to client’s requirement. Flange or threaded connection to steam pipes is provided for choice.
