Steam jet heater is used to raise the temperature of water or other liquids by mixing with directly injected heating steam. Steam jet travelling at high speed creates a negative pressure, which sucks surrounding water at the outlet. Water is entrained with steam and moves forward. Steam condensate mixes with liquids being heated. Water circulation caused by steam jet heater would ensure sufficient mixing. If necessary, air or inert gas could be introduced to make heating faster and more silent.
