Z961Y, Z960Y gate valve is designed for shutoff of main steam & feedwater in thermal power plant. Now we have developed high pressure, high temperature gate valve for pipeline isolation used in 600～1000MW unit.

Features

 

• Pressure seal design for high pressure application.
• Valve disc & seat surfaced with Stellite alloy, reliable tight closure under high temperature.
• Valve stem treated by thermal refining and nitriding process, good erosion resistance.
• Pressurized gland nut by belleville disc.
• Graphite packing reinforced with Inconel wire.
• Single resilient wedge gate, double wedge gate, double paralle gate for different conditions.
• For main steam gate valve, preloaded bolt for pressure seal ring is placed outside to ensure safe operation under high pressure & temperature. And valve yoke is built with radiation purpose to reduce temperature around acuator.
• For main feedwater gate valve, bypass is built to decrease open & close torque.
