Swing check valve

Application

 

H64Y swing check valve is designed to work in high pressure and high temperature condition. It is a flapper type non-return valve that allows flow in one direction along water/steam pipeline in power plant, refinery, chemical plant, etc. Reverse flow could be stopped quickly by disc closure on its own weight.

 

 

Features

 

• Valve body by casting or forging process to meet with working condition requirement.
• Positive sealing with reverse flow or no flow in pipeline.
• Valve disc is hanged to shaft without peneration on valve body to avoid potential leakage.
• Disc and seat is hardfaced with Stellite alloy to get tight closure on sealing surface.
• Pressure seal bonnet. The higher pressure is applied, the tighter is the sealing.
• Tilting disc is in full open position in a wide range of flow to minimize pressure loss.
• Free swinging disc without jamming.
