Acid & caustic ejector is designed for conveying and dilution of chemical solution, which is used for regeneration of ion exchange resin in power plant, refinery, chemical plant, pharmaceutical plant, paper mill, water treatment plant, etc. Chemical solution normally used is HCL, H2SO4, NaOH, etc. People can get desired solution concentration by adjustment of solution input valve and ejector nozzle gasket.

Working principle of HCL & NaOH ejector:
When pressurized water enters ejector, pressure energy of water is transformed into kinetic energy. Water will pass through nozzle at a high velocity. The jet flow will create vacuum at the suction inlet. Chemical solution is induced into mixing chamber. When the mixture travels to diffuser chamber, its speed is reduced, while pressure is increased. Diluted solution is finally sent to iron exchange vessel.
