Induced draft fan is used to draw flue gas from boiler and discharge into atmosphere in power plant, so that boiler could maintain negative pressure. induced draft fan must provide enough pressure to overcome resistance from pipeline, air preheater, SCR unit, FGD unit, dust collector and stack.

We have different models of induced draft fan including: 5-47, 5-48, 5-55, 6-29, 6-35, 6-41, 9-26, etc. They have following features:

1. Well balanced to ensure stable operation.
2. Suitable with relatively high temperature flue gas.
3. Impeller and shaft made of carbon steel or alloy steel for different cases to ensure reliable strength.
4. Suitable with flue gas with low or high dust content. Impeller surface hardness up to HRC60-70.
5. Ultrasonic flaw detection before delivery.
6. Labyrinth mechanical I packing for bearing box.
