Taprogge ball cleaning system is an effective equipment to clean condenser tubes. And sponge rubber ball plays a key role in that. The quality of taprogge balls greatly influence the cleaning performance. We supply high quality 12~29mm sponge rubber balls made of natural rubber and special additives. There are 3 types of balls.
Above ball is suitable for copper tubes of condenser, and very popular in power plants. It can effectively remove sticky biological fouling. Also, it can clean stainless steel tubes or Ti alloy tubes.
Above ball is normally used to clean stainless steel tubes without hard buildup. Its cleaning performance with copper tubes is not good. It is mainly used to remove soft buildup.
Above ball is covered with full or half carborundum surface. It can effectively remove calcium carbonate scale. It is suitable to clean tubes with lots of buildup, but it will make damage to tubes. This ball is not used in long term. And when used for copper tubes, pls be careful.
