Hybrid vaccum system

Hybrid vacuum system by a combination of steam ejector (or air ejector) with liquid ring vacuum pump is designed to deliver given pressure and flow. When liquid ring vacuum pump cann’t give required pressure alone, booster ejectors are used. In this occasion, LRVP is acting as roughing pump. With reliable performance and low maintenance, hybrid vacuum system can bring an effective and economic vacuum solution.

Features of hybrid vacuum system:

 

1. Low level installation, no need for barometric leg.

2. Suitable with a big system, which allows a short time to build up vacuum environment.

3. Suitable with occasion where non-condensable gases are huge amount.

4. Suitable with occasion where steam moisture is relatively high.

5. Suitable with occasion where steam pressure is not stable or less than 0.4Mpa.
